The British Monarch, Queen Elizabeth II has been pictured driving in the grounds of Windsor Castle – the first time she has been seen in public since a recent health scare that saw her stay in the hospital overnight.
The Queen, 95, was photographed in a headscarf and sunglasses behind the wheel of a green Jaguar estate car.
She is known to drive to take her Corgi dogs out for walks in the area.
Last week Friday, 29 October, Buckingham Palace said the Queen had been advised to rest for two weeks and would be not undertaking official visits during this time.
The palace said doctors told her she could “continue to undertake light, desk-based duties… including some virtual audiences, but not to undertake any official visits”.
