Vlisco New Collection Launched!
On Monday, February 13, 2023, the renowned producer of luxury fabrics teamed up with their Brand Ambassador, Lucy Quist to host over 30 customers and shoppers at the Vlisco Shop in Accra Mall to launch their newest collection in Ghana.
The collection featured a range of luxurious quality print from Vlisco with bold and vibrant colours, in intricate patterns that celebrates the rich and luxurious African culture and heritage.
Lucy Quist, the author of the Bold New Normal and Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, UK delivered a speech on the authentic brand love of Vlisco and the confidence while in her well-tailored Vlisco attires during work weeks.
In attendance at the launch, were notable clients of the brand, members of the Executive Women Network, fashion personalities, designers and models.
The Managing Director of Vlisco, Fatoumata Doro in her welcome address also touched on the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) activities including the Vlisco Fashion Fund of which Deladem Midekor, the 2023 winner clothed Lucy for the event.
Former Vlisco ambassador Elizabeth Patterson, Isaac Tetteh of T.T Brothers, Belinda Baidoo, were among some of the notable personalities who were in attendance.
Joyce Sackitey-Ahiadome, Head for Transformation and Communications was the host for the night of connection, conversation, and commerce.
