Kevin Spacey attacked his first alleged victim in a car on the way to ‘White Tie and Tiara Ball’ at Sir Elton John’s home, a court heard today.

The 63-year-old American actor was described by the man as a ‘slippery, snaky, difficult person’ in his police interview played at Southwark Crown Court today.

The man also claimed Spacey’s se3ual advances were ‘like he thought he could groom me’ and told how the actor said he would introduce him to A-list stars.’

The man claimed ‘touchy feely’ Spacey would put the man’s hand on his genitals five or six times and assaulted him in other ways around five or six other times.

The Oscar-winning actor has been described by the prosecution as a ‘se3ual bully’ as he stands trial accused of s3x offences against four men between 2001 and 2013.

Today, one complainant claimed one of the alleged assaults happened in a car on the way to Sir Elton’s £1million ‘White Tie and Tiara Ball’ in Windsor.

The man said: ‘He went to a lot of lavish parties at the time, he was very famous, he had just done American Beauty, he was an Oscar winner.

‘Elton John would have this big Windsor party and it was a big, £1million party. It was a summer party, The White Tie and Tiara Ball, it was called.
‘He was worried about the press taking pictures of him so he was on edge, he had also had a drink. We were going down there and he was quite fired up.

‘He hit me right in the nuts, basically. It took my breath away, he was laughing giggling and I said it f***ing hurt. He didn’t say anything, he laughed and giggled. He said; ‘oh stop it, stop it’. He grabbed me so hard I almost came off the road.

‘He had obviously been drinking quite a bit and drugs as well, and I said don’t every f***ing do that again, that really hurt. And he laughed about it: “oh that’s a turn on to me, oh you’re such a man” he said. I was disgusted that he had done that.’

The man also said: ‘He would try to grope me and try to grab me and make me feel very uncomfortable.’

The man said Spacey told him he could introduce him to A-list stars, and said when he tried to fight back against one of the alleged assaults, the actor replied: ‘That’s such a turn on to me. You’re such a man.’

Outlining his allegations against the defendant, the man said: ‘He grabbed me in private areas and then tried to get my hands on him.’

The man said he tried to ‘blank out’ what happened.

Describing an incident that he said happened to him, the man said: ‘He grabbed me so hard I almost came off the road.

‘He grabbed me really hard and it really hurt. I pushed him against the door and said, ‘Don’t do that again or I will knock you out’.’

Continuing to talk about the incident, the man told the police officer: ‘I was disgusted that he had done that.’

The court heard the alleged victim describe the actor as ‘very touchy feely’.

He told the police officer: ‘Obviously being a man’s man and a professional I found it quite eerie and just awkward. He made me feel so awkward and uneasy.’

The man said the actor became ‘very friendly’ and started to grab him on several occasions, and the alleged victim told him to stop.

He added: ‘He sort of left me and didn’t say anything. He would just laugh it off and change the subject.’

The man could be seen describing Spacey as a ‘slippery, snaky, difficult person’ and a ‘very mixed-up individual’.

He continued: ‘He grabbed me. He grabbed me a good few times. He would squeeze my bum and would rub my legs.’

The man added: ‘It’s like he thought he could groom me.’

The court heard Spacey began to attack the man within two to three weeks of meeting him.

The witness said in his police interview: ‘(Within) two to three weeks he started to make me feel uncomfortable.

‘From the first two to three weeks he would start to try and get into my head about what my sexuality was like.’
The man claimed he was assaulted more than ten times by Spacey.
He said the actor would also grab his bottom on occasions and walked around naked in his London hotel room in front of his alleged victim, jurors heard.

In addition, the man said he cannot bring himself to watch any of his films.

He said in his police interview: ‘I can’t stand watching the man. It makes me feel sick. He was quite an angry person. He was obviously angry inside.’

He later described the actor as a ‘very confused, mixed up individual’. He said he was ‘pretending to be nice’ but was a ‘predator’ who was ‘aggressive’.

He added: ‘He was obviously very messed up with his s3xuality.’

Spacey pleaded not guilty in January to three counts of indecent assault, three counts of sexual assault and one count of causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent.

The two-time Academy Award winner also previously denied four further charges of sexual assault and one count of causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent.

The trial continues.
