Kourtney Kardashian questioned Tristan Thompson’s repeated infidelities in a sneak peek of next week’s edition of The Kardashians.
In a preview for the show, Kourtney, 44, admitted in a confessional that she was not a huge fan of the Cleveland Cavaliers player, 32, after he made multiple headlines over the years cheating on her sister Khloe, 39.
‘Tristan and I really have not connected and I just can’t fake it,’ Kourtney said in the episode, which was filmed prior to the eldest of the Kardashian sisters reportedly giving birth to a boy with husband Travis Barker last week.
Kourtney in the episode asked Tristan how he feels after being unfaithful to Khloe, to which he said, ‘Disgusted.’
Kourtney replied to Tristan, ‘So then why do you do it again?’
Prior to his chat with Kourtney, Khloe had explained to Tristan that ‘in this family, if you do something to one of us, it affects everyone.’
Tristan said in response that he was ‘in the place now where I can own up to the mistakes I made.’
In the episode, Tristan also attempts to sort things with Kylie Jenner, 26, telling her, ‘Everyone got affected differently, but I think you were affected the most,’ in reference to her friendship with Jordyn Woods, who he had been linked with in 2018.
Kylie said she felt ‘a little nervous’ about the uncomfortable line of discussion with Tristan.
In a previous episode of the Hulu series, Kourtney admitted she was put off by Tristan’s ‘horrible decisions and choices with my sister’ over the years.
‘There’s times when I’m so triggered by him I can’t be around him and then there’s times when I just let it go,’ she said, ‘because we just want harmony and, you know, he’s the father of my niece and nephew.’
In addition to her reported newborn, Kourtney is mother to Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, eight, with ex Scott Disick, 40.
Kourtney said that Penelope doesn’t like Tristan, adding, ‘I feel like she gets it from me,’ after she shared with her daughter that she was upset with his treatment of Khloe.
‘I told her the first day of school, I was so triggered by him,’ she said. ‘I know why, but I feel like we all brush it off and are fine, and then I was just so triggered and I was like, “I just can’t do it anymore.”‘
Khloe said she understood why her niece was upset by Tristan, adding that where she is at with him ‘has nothing to do with’ how she expects her family members to react to him.
‘If Penelope has feelings about Tristan, rightfully so – and good for you, girl,’ she said. ‘I want Penelope to have these feelings and I don’t wanna talk her out of them because I don’t want this behavior to be something that I’m validating or I’m justifying.
‘I want her to know that how she feeling is the right way to feel. We should not accept someone treating us like this.’
Tristan and Khloe have been linked since 2016, and he has been implicated in multiple infidelity scandals in the years since.
He was linked to Woods in 2018, prior to Khloe giving birth to their daughter True, five.
After they reconciled, Tristan was embroiled in another cheating scandal in late 2021, as he fathered a son named Theo, one, with a fitness professional named Maralee Nichols during a time he and Khloe were expecting their second child – Tatum, one – with a surrogate.
Khloe again broke up with him but the pair appeared to be on good terms, as he and his sibling Amari, 17, have been staying with her after dealing with weather-related damages to their home.
